On October 2, 2025, the partners of the project “Artificial Intelligence in Mentoring for Work-Based Learning” gathered for a full-day working meeting at the Full Circle Events Space in Brussels, hosted by New Mindset Coaching & Training (NMCT).
The meeting brought together five representatives of the partner organizations:
- Martin Stoyanov, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria) – Lead project coordinator
- Petya Evtimova, Foundation for Modern Education (Bulgaria)
- Laura Novak, Tribeka Lab (Spain)
- Siyana Lilova, Curated AI (Belgium)
- Svetoslava Stoyanova, New Mindset Coaching and Training SRL, NMCT (Belgium)
The agenda was rich and diverse. Following a welcome by NMCT and a project overview by the BCCI, the partners discussed the progress and achievements of the first project year.
A key highlight of the meeting was the session on the training program “AI in Mentoring for Work-Based Learning Mentors”, where participants exchanged experiences from their countries and explored effective approaches for its implementation.
The consortium also reviewed issues related to project reporting and management, led by the BCCI. In the afternoon, discussions focused on the second year of the project, with particular attention to dissemination of results and the communication plan.
The meeting was conducted in a productive and cooperative spirit, reinforcing the consortium’s shared vision of exploring how AI can support and enhance mentoring in work-based learning.
