The kick-off meeting for the “Artificial Intelligence in Apprenticeship Mentoring” project (Project Reference № 2024-1-BG01-KA220-VET-000247196) took place on November 27, 2024, at the Tribeka Training Lab in Málaga, Spain. Representatives from the project’s partner organizations—Tribeka Training Lab (Spain), Bulgarian Industrial Association (Bulgaria), Modern Education Foundation (Bulgaria), New Mindset Coaching and Training (Belgium), and CuratedAI BV (Belgium)—gathered to establish the foundation for this collaborative initiative.
The agenda included an introduction of the partner organizations and an overview of the project, focusing on its scope, objectives, and target groups. Discussions followed on expected results, partner roles, activities, and deliverables, with particular attention given to work packages WP2, WP3, WP4, and WP5. The Bulgarian Industrial Association led a session on management procedures, emphasizing key aspects of contractual and administrative obligations.
The meeting concluded with an evaluation of the day’s activities and a networking session. All partners expressed their commitment to the project’s goal of integrating artificial intelligence into apprenticeship mentoring to foster innovation and enhance collaboration.
