Are you supporting apprentices in your company – helping them learn on the job, settle into the workplace, and grow professionally? Whether you are guiding students in work-based learning or onboarding new employees, your experience as a mentor makes a real difference.
As part of the AI in Mentoring project, we are offering a free training programme for company mentors who want to improve their skills and explore how AI tools can make mentoring easier, more personalised, and more effective.
The training is designed for real-life use, practical, hands-on, and adapted to your everyday work. You don’t need to be an AI expert. You just need to be curious and open to learning something new.
Training Programme on AI in Mentoring Timeline
(preliminary timeline, exact dates, time and venue to be confirmed locally with the national coordinator)
September:
- Induction Session (Online): All 20 mentors from each country will participate in a 60-90 minute online induction session.
October/November 2025:
- AI Literacy Training (in-person): A physical training on AI Literacy, 1 full day
November & December:
- AI Literacy Skill Development Sessions (Online): Two dedicated group sessions will be held to support you as mentors in developing your AI literacy skills, with our team of trainers, providing mentorship.
January/February 2026:
- AI Mentoring Training (in-person): A physical training on AI Mentoring, 1 full day
February & March 2026:
- Mentoring Skills Development Sessions (Online): Two sessions will be conducted to help you enhance your mentoring skills, with a specific focus on embedding AI into your mentoring work.
